Challenge Design and Track Setting
We work closely with you to define the challenge theme, objectives, and structure across three tracks: policy, industry, and research. Each track is designed to attract the right participants and generate solutions that are actionable, not just theoretical. We also define evaluation criteria and success metrics from the start.

Participant Recruitment and Ecosystem Mobilisation
We activate our network across the Netherlands and Korea to recruit participants from government agencies, universities, startups, and industry associations. Our outreach ensures a diverse and high-quality field of participants that reflects the full spectrum of the AgriFood and BlueFood ecosystem.

Program Execution and Judging
We manage the full program from start to finish: communications, scheduling, platform coordination, and on-the-day facilitation. A panel of five to seven verified experts evaluates submissions across the three tracks, ensuring fair, transparent, and credible outcomes that participants and stakeholders can trust.
